SNAUWAERT srl, has signed a long term agreement with BIG Group to take over and develop the brand and the business of SNAUWAERT, the historical brand founded in 1928, back into the market since 2016 with a high performing line of tennis racquets and accessories.
SNAUWAERT srl, newco based in Italy, owned by NOXI srl and a pool of investors, is led by the CEO Roberto Gazzara, former Executive in Prince Sports and designer of current SNAUWAERT product line.
SNAUWAERT srl has acquired all the shares of SNAUWAERT JAPAN Inc., with rapidly growing market share in Japan.
Kenny Kukita remains as GM, sales and promotion activity will continue without any variations or interruption.
SNAUWAERT AMERICA llc, subsidiary in USA, is now active and will start sales and promotion before the end of November.
Operations in Europe, managed directly from the Italian Headquarters, will be resumed in early 2018
